Join us for an enlightening workshop on The Power of Forgiveness, led by Rev (Dr.) Bob Armstrong. With nearly 30 years experience as a Pastor, Clinical Counsellor, 15 years as Executive Director of Oasis Ministries, and having worked with hundreds of individuals and couples working through personal and professional challenges, Bob brings a wealth of knowledge and insight into how forgiveness can transform lives.

About the Workshop: Forgiveness is a powerful tool for healing and personal growth. Based on Dr. Armstrong’s recent book The Power of Forgiveness this workshop will explore what forgiveness is and is not, the positive and negative impact associated with it, and offer practical solutions to move through the forgiveness process by using humour, relevant examples, and strategically positioned Check-Ins that offer time to consider what has been presented.

The deep emotional, mental, relational, and spiritual benefits of forgiving others and oneself are numerous. Whether you’re facing relationship challenges, past hurts, seeking peace in your life, or simply wanting to educate yourself further in the subject, this workshop will provide current research, practical guidance and tools to navigate the journey of forgiveness.

· Registered Clinical Counsellor for 30 years

· Extensive experience helping individuals and couples work through personal and professional challenges

· Author of the Couple Care Marriage Preparation Manual and Along The Way (A Practical Guide for Couples already along the marriage journey)
