You don’t have to be present for the final auction countdown but there are no outbid email notifications during final countdown * You can place a reserve bid and the auction software will bid at the next bid increment on your behalf if someone outbids you.

When you register to bid make sure to put in your country. A blank COUNTRY field requires manual approval for new bidder registration.

HOW TO BID:
* When you attempt to place a bid on any items you will be prompted to register as a bidder, or to sign in
* You can sign in if you previously registered as a bidder at one of our auctions
* If you previously registered but can’t remember password just click on "Forgot your password?"
* You can also register by clicking on the Login Icon in top right corner, and then click on the "not registered" button
* Once you are registered as a bidder and logged in, the login icon at top right of site becomes a profile icon
* Clicking on the profile button lets you see your information and add or delete a credit card.
* No credit card info is ever stored on our site. It is stored in cloud through AWS (Amazon Web Services)

REGISTRATION TIPS:
* Make sure to fill in the Country field when you register so that you automatically receive an account confirmation email
* Make sure to check your email for the account activation email and click on the button in that email
* Check your junk and spam folder if you don’t see the email
